Alan is a founding partner of Linde Krost.
Alan is a specialist in real estate law and real estate transactions from developments, construction contracts and planning to acquisition, disposals and lettings. Alan also has extensive experience in trusts, inheritance and estate planning, as well as probate.
Alan trained and practiced at Fluxmans Attorneys in Johannesburg and then moved to Israel where he joined.
Alon Kaplan Law Firm in Tel Aviv. Alan then partnered with Carl Linde to found of Linde Krost.
Alan is an Israeli Lawyer and South African Attorney.
Alan is the co-author of the Israeli Chapter in Private Client Tax-European Lawyer Reference Series and co-author of the publication ” The emerging trust jurisdictions hold the key to the future of trusts” in Trusts and Trustees.
Alan also co-authored ” Hekdesh” a work on the Israeli private trust published in Trust and Trustees.
